From Orlando International Airport / Cocoa Beach
Take FL-528 also known as the Beach Line (Toll Road) West until it ends at I-4, merge onto I-4 heading east, towards Orlando. Take the first exit off of I-4 onto Sand Lake Rd. Turn left onto Sand Lake Rd and then right onto Apopka-Vineland Rd. St. Luke's is about 3 miles on Apopka-Vineland Rd. on the right side.

From East Orlando / Daytona / Jacksonville
Take I-4 west to exit 78, Conroy Rd. Turn right onto Conroy Rd and follow it about 3.5 miles until you reach Apopka-Vineland Rd. Turn left onto Apopka-Vineland Rd. St. Luke's is about 3 miles North of Sand Lake Rd on Apopka-Vineland Rd.

From Miami / South Florida
Take Florida's Turnpike (Toll Road) North to I-4 West via exit 259 toward Tampa. Take the Sand Lake Rd. exit 74-A and turn right onto Sand Lake Rd heading West. Turn right onto Apopka-Vineland Rd. St. Luke's is about 3 miles North of Sand Lake Rd on Apopka-Vineland Rd.

From Ocala / Northwest Florida
Take I-75 South to Florida's Turnpike (Toll Road) South. Take exit 267-B to merge onto W Colonial Dr / FL-50 heading East. Turn right onto Good Homes Rd. Turn left onto Old Winter Garden Rd. Turn right onto Apopka-Vineland Rd. St. Luke's is located about 4 miles South of Old Winter Garden Rd on Apopka-Vineland Rd.
